What is the Outstanding Futures™ Work Experience Programme?

More than a placement. A structured pathway into employment.

Our Work Experience Programme is not the standard two-week school placement. It is a structured, employer-led opportunity designed to put you inside a real business — working with real teams, on real challenges — with the wrap-around support to convert that experience into employment or an apprenticeship.

Every placement is co-designed with our employer partners to ensure you develop the competencies they actually need to build a career.

Whether you are a school leaver exploring your options, a career changer looking for a fresh start, or someone who learns better by doing than sitting in a classroom — this programme is designed for you.
