Roland Gilbertson

Founder

Founder with responsible for the organisation’s business activities including Programmes Development, Marketing, Communications and delivery strategy.

Lecturer in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Leadership In Business, Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, Creative Digital and AI Skills Development Programmes.

Karen Walker

Finance

Responsibility for providing Accounts Management, Procurement, Business Support, including the financial and resource management.

Administration Support: Treasurer, Procurement and First Steps Learner Support Programme.

Dennis Ojera

Administrator

Senior Administrator responsible for administrative management and compliance and Safeguarding.

Lecturer: ICT Core, Networking & Administration, Computer Literacy and Learner Support.

Peter Edwards

Engagement

Responsible for Service Users, Learners and Delivery Partners Relationship Management, Learner Support and Safeguarding.

Student Engagement: Support, Mentoring, Progress reviews and First Steps Delivery Team.

Imani Sorhaindo

Operations

Operational Management with responsibility for providing learner assessment framework and curriculum design including learner management and progression reviews.

Operational Design: Recruitment, Schedule Design, Asessment, Delivery and Learner Support.
